Over the last few weeks since lockdown one ended, we have tried avoiding the word Coronavirus on our website. With so many of you having your weddings and big days cancelled or postponed, we felt it was all a bit doom and gloom – especially if you pick up a paper still or watch the news at night.
However, the announcements and events of this week have meant we simply can’t ignore what could potentially be ahead of us during these next 6 months, in what promises to be uncharted times for the hospitality industry.
As a company ourselves, we are lucky to have a number of different offerings and proposals in order to see us through these months, and we are here to help you through it. We are still very much open for business.
Since March the rules on weddings and attendees has changed 4 times. Going back up to 30 recently, before this week’s announcements knocking it back down to 15. Our message on weddings is quite simple, talk to us. Let us know your situation, budget, when and where you are thinking of getting married? We have a very good understand of the rules and procedures that are currently in place and we can advise you what is best to do. If you’re already one of our customers, we will have already had some dialogue with you in relation to your plans and we will continue to be here to support you throughout.
We have seen massive shift in the type of events that people are looking to have, from venue based big set ups with a Marquee bolted on. To the marquee now becoming the focal point of a privet smaller occasion. In lockdown we have ran 30th, 21st and 18th privet birthday parties all over the north west including Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire and Greater Manchester. We have had a couple of christenings and even a stag party. All adhering to social distancing measures and procedures.
No event is off limits and even with the current goings on, we can provide you with the perfect event
Enquiry’s for extra space for venues has more than tripled since March. With premises like pubs and gyms looking for extra space to accommodate social distancing. We have also supported the NHS with covid test sites. With Christmas around the corner, we are discussing alternative solutions for remote Christmas Parties, again something we can help with.
Our staff have been fantastic, and we can’t thank them enough for their efforts and support over the last 6 months. They are fully covid19 compliant at all times, following all procedures and maintaining social distancing when constructing our marquee structures and interacting with other people.
Finally, we wanted to say we hope anyone reading this is safe and well. It’s now established the ‘new normal’ and it looks like it’s going to be here for a while yet. Stick together, do the right thing and we will all get through this together,
